Serbian Minister of Economy Rade Basta emphasized that Serbia should impose sanctions on Russia, and noted that Russia had previously supported sanctions against Serbia.
Sharing a photo of a vote taken at the UN Security Council in 1992 on social media, Basta said, “I ask the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Serbia, Potsan Harchenko, to answer the following question; why Russia voted to impose sanctions on us at the UN in 1992 ? ” Requested.
Basta, in his previous statement that caused Russia’s reaction, argued that the refusal to impose sanctions on Russia has a price and that this is unsustainable for Serbia.
