The EU High Representative, Josep Borrell, briefed the leaders of the EU member states at the European Council meeting on the agreement reached between Kosovo and Serbia in Ohrid.
Borrell described the agreement reached as “the new status quo” in the dialogue process between Kosovo and Serbia.
The agreement reached between Kosovo and Serbia in Ohrid was added to the final text of the Council of Europe, calling on the parties to fulfill their obligations in good faith, and the agreement reached was welcomed.
