It was decided to open an investigation into the ineffectiveness of the measures applied in the import of “fabric, impregnated with polyurethane, coated, coated or laminated – imitation leather / other products” originating in Bulgaria, France and North Macedonia.

The “Statement on Preventing Unfair Competition in Imports” prepared by the Ministry of Commerce was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force.

Accordingly, anti-dumping measures are implemented on imports of the above-mentioned products originating in China. The Ministry has launched an ex officio investigation in order to determine whether the anti-dumping measure applied in the import of goods of origin from China has become ineffective through imports from Bulgaria, France and North Macedonia. The results were evaluated within the framework of laws, decisions and regulations.

As a result of the examinations, the Import Unfair Competition Evaluation Board decided to open an investigation into the ineffectiveness of the measures related to the import of “PU-impregnated, coated or laminated fabrics – imitation leather / other products” originating from Bulgaria, France and North Macedonia.
