In Greece, where temperatures are rising, experts warn of the danger of forest fires, while small-scale forest fires have broken out in different parts of the country.

The Hellenic Civil Protection Agency, through the forest fire danger map it has published, has warned the authorities and citizens of the danger of forest fires that may occur tomorrow in the South Aegean islands.

On the other hand, hotels in the area were evacuated as a precautionary measure due to a fire in an exposed area on the island of Rhodes.

Firefighters responded to blazes on the island of Paros, the Matia region in the Peloponnese, and the Kyratia region near Athens.

According to data from the Greek Meteorological Service, air temperatures in the country exceeded 38 degrees. Experts warned that the effect of hot weather will appear in the coming days.
