A helicopter of the Ministry of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina provided first aid to a Turkish citizen who participated in the “Peace March” event organized on the occasion of the 28th anniversary of the genocide in Srebrenica and was suffering from a health problem.
The statement issued by the Ministry of Defense said that a Turkish doctor participated in the “Peace March” event that was held on the forest road used by civilians who wanted to escape the genocide that began with the capture of Srebrenica in eastern Bosnia. And Herzegovina by Serbian soldiers on July 11, 1995, to reach the city of Tuzla, they had health problems.
She pointed out that the Turkish doctor was brought to the hospital in the capital, Sarajevo, after the helicopter arrived in the area, and stated that the health condition of the Turkish citizen is good.
