In Kosovo, the Hydrometer Institute warned this week of temperatures as high as 40 degrees Celsius.
Additionally, this institute called for caution of temperature extremes. People with chronic diseases, high blood pressure and diabetes are advised to stay out of the sun as much as possible between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm.
