Kosovo Assembly Speaker Glauc Konjovka responded to Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) Chairman Memlje Krasniqi, who stated that the Assembly cannot vote on any bill, so the best solution is to dissolve the Assembly.
Konjovka explained that there are some bills that are expected to go to a vote, and emphasized that elections can only be held within the legal deadlines.
Recalling a phrase he once used on a TV show about the opposition, Konjufca said, “If you want to be together, then don’t provoke the majority. Because 90 deputies have to vote for the elections that will take place.”
Konjufca stated that it is not possible to hold early elections tomorrow, and the elections have a certain date.
