Plenkovic, who signed the mourning protocol that was opened at the embassy, expressed his condolences to the Turkish people.
In Bosnia and Herzegovina, officials of the Sarajevo Canton signed the book of condolences, which was opened at the Turkish Embassy in Sarajevo.
