Dodik noted that during the meeting with Putin, issues such as the price of Russian gas delivered to the country and payment in rubles were discussed, “we are negotiating with the Russian side on the reconstruction of thermal power plants, the supply of equipment for work in the mines, all these issues require coordination and internal procedures. We have already purchased three Russian helicopters, two of which have already been delivered to Republika Srpska, and the last one is awaiting delivery.It is necessary to talk about future needs in this direction.
Noting that there is no doubt about his friendship with Putin and that it is important to him, Dodik said: “President Putin is a person who cares about his country and his people. “The withdrawal of Russian forces from Bosnia and Herzegovina was a mistake”
The Serbian leader told Sputnik that the withdrawal of Russian peacekeepers from Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2003 was a mistake.
Dodik said that as long as other military forces of the international community remain in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Russians should stay, and that the Russians staying in the country would be happy for the Serbs.
