After the earthquakes that hit Kahramanmaraş, which are described as the “catastrophe of the century”, relief materials collected in Greece were brought to Turkey.
The relief materials, which set off from the island of Kos (Kos) by the ferry named Asım Kaptan, docked at the Bodrum Cruise Port dock.
The materials unloaded from the ferry were transported by the Bodrum Governor’s Office, customs officials and municipality teams.
Blankets, clothes, food, hygiene items and toys are among the aid consisting of 35 pallets, which it is reported to be collected by the municipalities of Kos and Leros.
The aid was taken to the assembly area of the Herodotus Cultural Center.
