The exhibition of the Palestinian artist Rawan Anani entitled “Women… Life of Palestine” opened in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia.
Within the framework of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, the exhibition opened at the Museum of Ethnography in the capital, in cooperation with the Embassy of Palestine in Belgrade, and describes the strength and creativity of Palestinian women.
In her speech, Anani said that she also describes in her works folk clothes, colors, and ancient Palestinian homes.
Muhammad Nabhan, the Palestinian ambassador to Belgrade, pointed out that the artist only produced works about women, and said: Why women? Because women have an important place in our society.” He said.
The exhibition can be visited until December 20.
