Balkans | Osmani: The attacks on the Ukrainian people must stop

OSCE Chairman and Foreign Minister of North Macedonia Bujar Osmani is visiting Ukraine.

The head of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, Bujar Osmani, visited the town of Borodinka in the Kyiv region, which was badly damaged by military operations, as part of his visit to Ukraine today.

At the beginning of the visit, Osmani expressed his grief for all the innocent victims and the thousands of Ukrainians who had to leave their homes to avoid the devastating consequences of the Russian military offensive.

Stating that everyone who supports Ukraine is on the right side of history, on the right side of humanity and respects the right to life, Osmani said, “Schools, hospitals and other government infrastructure have been destroyed in Russia’s armed actions and unfortunately continue to be damaged or destroyed,” Osmani said.

Usmani also condemned the attack on a residential building in Dnipro, in which more than 40 people were killed and more than 70 wounded two days ago, saying: “There can be no justification for the continuous bombing of civilian targets. Nothing justifies the killing of civilians, the obstruction of the transportation of water and food, and preventing humanitarian convoys from operating.” Use his statements.
