The leader of the Union of Social Democrats of Macedonia (SDSM) and Prime Minister Dimitar Kovačevski confirmed at a press conference at the party headquarters that there will be no early elections and that they will be held in the normal period in 2024.
“There will be elections in 2024. In those elections, the candidate proposed by SDSM will first win the presidential elections, then the Macedonian Social Democratic Union will win the parliamentary elections, and we, together with the coalition, will form a government and enter Europe,” Kovachevsky said.
