Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said that they will do everything for the survival of his country.
VucicHe made statements to the press during his visit to the Serbian city of Kraljevo.
Noting that they are determined to “make independent decisions,” Vucic said, “In this environment where the situation between the great powers is complex, Serbia will do its best to survive.” He said.
Vucic argued that Serbia is the fastest developing country in the region and that this situation makes its neighbors unhappy.
Serbia’s decision not to impose sanctions on Russia still stands
Vucic stated that they decided not to impose sanctions on Russia, taking into account the national interests of his country, and that this decision is still valid.
Stating that they will take all necessary steps to stay on the EU path, Vucic said that they will “protect their traditional friends and not turn their backs on them in difficult situations.”
Referring to the Russian-Ukrainian war, Vucic said that the situation in the world is more complex than it is believed, and that one of the most difficult political and military springs is approaching.
