Bulgaria is among the EU member states that support the delivery of one million 155-caliber artillery shells to Ukraine, with a total value of one billion euros, according to information obtained from diplomatic sources, Bulgarian National Radio BNR.
After the meeting attended by the ambassadors of the EU member states in Brussels on March 19, it was understood that the text of the agreement was almost ready. The Swedish presidency of the European Council hopes that the document will be approved at a meeting of foreign and defense ministers in Brussels on March 20-21.
Diplomatic sources said, “Only a few countries do not oppose the entire text, but some paragraphs in it. It has more to do with issues such as the time frame for producing some missiles after ordering.”
