Deputy Speaker of Parliament of North Macedonia Husni Ismaili and his accompanying delegation visited Istanbul Region President of the Justice and Development Party Osman Nuri Kapakteeb in his office and expressed their support for the May 14 presidential elections.
Vice President of the North Macedonian Parliament, Husni Ismaili, and President of the Skopje Supporters Association, Prof. Dr. Suleiman Baki, university lecturer Adnan Ismaili, and the representative of the youth branch of the Alternativa party, Kadir Ismaili, visited Turkey for 4 days. After meeting with Rumelian citizens in Istanbul and Bursa, the delegation visited the head of the Justice and Development Party in Istanbul, Osman Nuri Kapaktebi. Kpakteeb hosted a delegation from North Macedonia in his office. During the meeting, which lasted about one hour, the significance of the May 14 presidential elections for the Balkan region was discussed.

Speaking after the meeting, the Deputy Speaker of the North Macedonian Parliament, Husni Ismaili, said, “Today, we had a fruitful meeting with the President of the Istanbul Region of the Justice and Development Party. We have elections ahead of us. God willing, we will pass these elections successfully. At the same time, the immigrant candidates were discussed “The Rumelians are on the recently published parliamentary lists. If the Balkans are included in the Turkish electorate, our president will never lose. “We have an emotional and spiritual bond,” he said.

Emphasizing the rapprochement between the Balkans and Turkey in the past 20 years, faculty member Adnan Ismaili said, “We have always addressed our Rumelian community here. We are here calling. Certainly this is a historic opportunity. They must be very careful. In the past 20 years, the Balkan community has been linked With Turkey. After a century of separation, we consider it our home. World leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan has become a symbol of power. He has become an example. I call this opportunity both for our Rumelian society and for ourselves. Certainly, this opportunity must not be lost.
Turkish sounds are louder
Kadir Ismaili, representative of the youth branch of the AfD party, said, “Before, the Turkish presence was veiled. With the arrival of our President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the voice of the Turks there is raised. As the AfD party, we had close contacts with the AKP. The youth branches came and left impressions.” We will send a team ten days before the elections and we will closely monitor the progress of the electoral process. We will help.
