Becera Turković, Vice President of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia, Bujar Osmani, in the capital, Skopje.
Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani met with the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Foreign Minister Becera Turkovic, who is on a working visit to the Republic of North Macedonia.
During the meeting of the two ministers, mutual satisfaction was expressed for the development of relations and the dynamics of cooperation between North Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, which marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations this year.
A desire was expressed to intensify sectoral cooperation, especially in the field of economic exchange, which had been left behind by very good political relations.
Osmani congratulated Bosnia and Herzegovina on granting it the status of a candidate for membership in the European Union, stressing that this is a positive sign for completing the future of the region in Europe.
Osmani introduced Minister Turković to the priorities of the OSCE Presidency of North Macedonia.
In addition, the need for improved coordination has been addressed, which will enable a more appropriate response to modern challenges, such as the energy crisis and ensuring stability and security in the region.
