Balkans | The pilgrims bid farewell to the Kaaba

Hundreds of thousands of Muslims said goodbye to the Kaaba, who finished their duties in the Holy Land and became pilgrims.

Muslims who come to the Holy Land from all over the world to be pilgrims experience the happiness of fulfilling all the requirements of the Hajj.

Muslims who performed their founding duty on the eve of Eid al-Adha in Arafat and Muzdalifah and then proceeded to the Jamarat and threw 7 stones at the “Aqaba cheese”, which was expressed as the “Great Satan”, and then performed the visiting circumambulation. A Saa’ in the Kaaba.

Muslims, who became pilgrims by leaving the ihram after cutting and shaving their sacrifices, continued stoning the devil on the second and third days of Eid.

The pilgrims, who arrived at the Jamarat area in groups, threw the seven stones they had collected from Muzdalifah and Arafat to the “small, medium and great Satan” on the second and third days of Eid.

After stoning Satan, most of the pilgrims headed to the Kaaba, where they were to bid farewell soon, and walked from the Jamarat to the Grand Mosque to bid farewell to the Tawaf.

The pilgrims who arrived here prayed, recited the Qur’an, and prayed next to the circumambulation.

Goodbye to Mecca

As the Hajj season drew to a close, some of the nominated pilgrims who had come to the Holy Land by moving from Turkey with their caravans arrived at Medina and some reached Mecca. Pilgrims arriving in Mecca will start their journey to Medina, their second stop of the Hajj, starting today.

Caravans coming from Medina to Makkah Al-Mukarramah before Eid Al-Adha will bid farewell to Makkah and return to Turkey by air from Jeddah.

The return from the Holy Land to Turkey will start tomorrow, and the last caravan will leave on July 24th.

“Pilgrims go to Medina-i Münevvere with bittersweet joy”

The Presidential Adviser to the Presidency of Religious Affairs, Olvi Ata, told Anadolu Agency (AA) that the pilgrims are fulfilling the Hajj obligations one by one.

Thousands of pilgrims are now performing the farewell circumambulation at the Kaaba, Atta said, “The pilgrims are making their preparations to go to Medina with bittersweet joy. There are no words to describe the happiness of being here, of reaching the Kaaba, and of being able to go around it. Only when you experience this beauty has come. Time to break up.” He said.

Noting that the Presidency of Religious Affairs made preparations long before the Hajj season, Atta indicated that the Presidency continues to work meticulously during the Hajj.
