One person was killed when a single-engine plane crashed into the sea near the city of Heraklion, on the island of Crete.
It was reported in the Greek media that there were two people on board the single-engine plane that took off from Nikos Kazantzakis Airport and crashed into the sea near the city of Heraklion for an unknown reason.
One person died in the accident and one person was injured.
It was learned that the injured person, who was treated at the hospital, was in good health.
Authorities said the cause of the accident was being investigated.
