The Small Pens Association, which operates in Gostivar, North Macedonia, shared this year’s traditional iftar with earthquake victims in Turkey.
Volunteers of the Small Pens Association shared the annual iftar program with the earthquake-affected citizens of Malatya and Kahramanmaraş this year.
The following statements are included in the publication provided by the Little Pens Association on the subject:
“The natural disaster that occurred in our home country, the Republic of Turkey, has deeply disturbed us as we live in the Balkans.
Since the first day of the earthquake, we have tried to contribute, albeit in a small way, to the needs of the families of the earthquake victims.
In this direction, we decided to hold Iftar, which is traditionally held as volunteers in the Small Pens Association in the earthquake area this year. We provided breakfast and suhoor for 600 people in Malatya in Telgazi, and breakfast for 250 people in Kahramanmaraş-Avş.
We would like to express our gratitude to the valuable volunteers and benefactors of our association.”
