Turkish Film Week, organized by the Croatian-Turkish Friendship Association (HTUP) for the 10th time, has started in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia.
Organized with the support of the Turkish Embassy in Zagreb and Yunus Emre Institute Zagreb (YEE) and under the auspices of the Croatian Ministry of Culture, the event, directed by Umar Faruk Surek, tells the story of a group of high school students at a time when space-related curiosity was at its peak over From the age of 60, he started with the movie “The Missile Club”.
Within the scope of the week, 9 Turkish films will meet moviegoers until May 20.
Andrea Berkowitz, director of the event, said that nearly 90 productions have been shown in previous years, including short films.
HTUP President Goran Pius Richemberg also invited moviegoers to the event.
Films that have won awards in many fields will be shown free of charge at the event and you will be able to watch them in Croatian and Turkish with English subtitles.
