UEFA appointed Mete Kalkavan and Koray Gencerler to the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) room for the first match of the UEFA Champions League first qualifying round between Lithuanian Zalgiris and North Macedonia’s Struga.
According to the statement issued by the Turkish Football Federation, Mette Kalkavan has been appointed as VAR and Koray Gencerler as AVAR for the first match of the first qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League, which will be played tomorrow between Zalgiris and Struga.
The match will start at 18.00 at the LFF Stadium in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. Kemal Omodlu will be the fourth official in the match.
The team that will qualify in the Zalgiris-Struga match will be Galatasaray’s opponents in the second qualifying round.
