At the FIBA European Under-20 Championship, Turkey lost to Greece 87-61 in the quarter-finals.
In the regulation held on the Greek island of Crete, the national team faced the host country in the quarter-finals.
The Crescent-Stars finished the first half of the game at Heraklion Arena, leading 22-14. Greece rallied in the second quarter, and took a 43-37 lead in the locker room.
Still playing well in the second half and extending the lead, Greece won the game 87-61, going into the third period 63-47.
Türkiye will face Serbia in the classification match on Saturday 15 July. Greece will face France in the semi-finals on the same day.
