Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban met with Christian Mickowski, leader of North Macedonia’s main opposition party VMRO-DPMNE.
At the International meeting of the centrist democrats held in Slovenia, Orban offered to share the political experiences of his Fidesz party and to provide support to the leader of the nationalist VMRO-DPMNE party ahead of the elections in North Macedonia.
Orban and Metskoski also discussed issues related to economic cooperation in the region and combating corruption and crime.
Mickowski said they agreed on the cooperation between Orban’s teams, VMRO-DPMNE and Fidesz to prepare for the elections.
