Witnesses continued to be heard at hearings at The Hague International Tribunal for War Crimes in Kosovo, where the case against the former leaders of the KLA was heard.
The Office of the Special Prosecutor continues the evidence process today, hearing witnesses against former KLA commanders Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veseli, Rexep Selimi and Jakub Krasniqi.
The trial panel supported a sound defense by excluding part of the statements of the first witness.
Witness hearings are mostly closed.
The judicial process against the former KLA commanders began nearly two and a half years after the arrest of Taçi and others. Former commanders of the Kosovo Liberation Army are accused of war crimes.
