A NATO-led peacekeeping mission has rejected Serbia’s request to deploy troops to Kosovo. The Serbian authorities described the attacks on Serbs in Kosovo as an “act of terrorism”. The Serbian Prime Minister, Aleksandar Vucic, stated that their demands are for the deployment of a thousand-strong security force, consisting of soldiers and police officers, stationed in Kosovo.
